Do you make self-care a priority or does it make you feel guilty that you’re spending time on yourself? These are the best self-care activities to add into your week, making time for yourself is important so make sure you commit to it.
Self-care is the least selfish act you can do. It will improve the way you are feeling, help you to manage stress, sleep better and feel healthier. This I will have a positive impact on others around you too, improving your relationships with family, friends and colleagues.

Have a warm drink

Snuggle up on the sofa with a blanket

Have an in home pamper evening

Simply do nothing
Make a list of the activities you think you would enjoy and begin to schedule them into your week.

- Set an alarm or reminder for the time
- Make plans with other people
- Speak to someone for accountability
