This used to be me, I’d leave it as late as I could then rush, and as a result, it had a huge impact on my day. I’d feel stressed, unorganised, unhappy and not have a very good day.
Until I heard from a friend about the impact a productive morning can have on your mindset and the outcome of your whole day. So imagine that your alarm goes off, you wake up to start off your day in a more positive mindset instead of snoozing and rushing – which do you think will give you a better day? My morning routine takes 45 minutes, yours doesn’t have to take this long, you’ll be amazed by the impact it has on your day by starting it with such a productive and positive morning.
