Since starting my personal development journey I have read so many books. Reading personal development books can improve your knowledge on personal development. I have so many favourites that its hard just to pick 4. But here they are, the four that I most highly recommend.
The best book I have ever read, Katie is a huge inspiration and this book just blew me away. I’ve always struggled with confidence and this book is full of tips and advice to help improve your confidence. Since implementing these tips along with others into my life my confidence has grown dramatically and I’m now happy and confident in all areas of my life. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking to improve their confidence.

This book is one of my favourites, I find books by Cara very easy to read, I also love her book fearless and fabulous which is probably fifth on my favourite books (it was very hard to narrow it down to four). This book is all about uplifting and supporting other women in business rather than comparing ourselves to others. This really helped me to understand that our journeys are all different and not to compare my journey or success to others and to instead concentrate on complimenting and supporting other women. It’s a great way to improve your mindset and the way you see others in a positive light.

I had no idea what the law of attraction was before I read this book, but having read it I now realise why things happen in our lives and how it’s possible that we do attract them to ourselves. Going back a few years when I suffered badly with anxiety and depression all my thoughts were negative, so is it any wonder that I couldn’t get myself away from the negativity if it’s all I was thinking about. After reading the book I also watched the DVD to learn more about how it worked and how I could use it to improve my mindset. I highly recommend both the book and the DVD to improve your knowledge on the law of attraction and start attracting thoughts and experiences that you want into your life.
This is a book that was recommended to me to improve my mindset in sport. I was blown away by it. Not only have I found that it has improved my mindset and success in sport but also my mindset in general. While reading the book I constantly found myself thinking ‘oh yeah that makes sense’ it’s like your brain is being explained to you and you suddenly realise why you think and act like you do. It’s very eye-opening. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand more about how the brain works and how you can use this in a way to improve your mindset.
