Reading is such an affordable way to learn new thing and improve your mindset. There are so many personal development and mindset books out there for all different topics from how the brain works to confidence or anxiety tips and advice.
What I like about most personal development books is that they give you advice that you can instantly implement into your life to start seeing results. For example Confidence by Katie Piper had an instant impact on my confidence and was a huge part of my journey to building my confidence.
