I wanted to start with the subject of dreams as it is a topic that is really important to me and has helped me become who I am today and overcome the challenges I have had to face. If it wasn’t for me concentrating on my dreams of the person I wanted to become I believe I may not have become the person I am.
I’ve always been a big dreamer, as a child, in sport and in work. I quickly realised after starting my working life than a traditional 9-5 job wasn’t right for me. That it didn’t fit the dreams and ambitions I had for my life. I had dreams of working from home, in a luxury office having the time freedom to spend with my family and living my life the way I wanted to. Never having to worry about money or being able to afford anything to live.

I think as adults we forget the importance of dreams, it’s not just something we do occasionally while we sleep or as a child. We need to go back to that belief that anything is possible, even the wildest dreams you might have had like becoming a ballerina, or a millionaire business person. Any dream is achievable with action if it’s really something you want there’s absolutely nothing stopping you going for it.
So what is your biggest dream? What would your dream life look like? Your dream career? Dream house? Once you know what you want in life and you know what actions to take to make it achievable there are so many great ways to remind yourself every day of what the outcome of your efforts will be. You could have a dream/ vision board, with pictures of the places you want to visit, your dream car and house and anything else you will achieve. (Mine pictured below).
There are no limits on your dreams, dream as big as you can and take action to achieve them. You’ll thank yourself in the future when you really are living your dreams.
