Affirmations To Improve Your Mindset
Are you looking for a way to improve your mindset? Maybe you’re lacking confidence? Facing fears or anxiety? There are many ways you can use affirmations to improve your mindset. Today I will be sharing with you one of the techniques that I have used to improve my mindset, overcome challenges and build my confidence and self-belief.
An affirmation is described as “the action or process of affirming something”
An affirmation is a statement of how you want to be/feel. These can be used to build the belief that they are true by reading them to yourself daily – out loud for best results.
You can create short and powerful positivity affirmations for how you want to feel. These are perfect for building confidence, positivity and general feelings about yourself.
You could also create more detailed personality affirmations and can also use this for business and personal goals that you are working towards. For example mine are:
- Amazing at Facebook lives
- A motivational person
- Successful at helping others daily
- Inspiration to people globally
- Strong, happy and positive
This type of affirmation is a lot more in detail and I tend to create them based on a goal I am working on to keep me committed to it daily. As I read my affirmations out every morning it reminds me of the action I need to take to keep moving towards achieving my goals. Some examples are:
- Committed to a productive morning routine to give me the best start to a positive day
- Always happy and see the positives in every situation, handling any obstacles well and not letting them effect me
- Good enough and worthy of a life of abundance in happiness, success, health and wealth.
- I focus on learning new things daily to develop myself as a person and to grow my business, by reading at least 1 new book a month
